I'm Fernando, welcome to my world of documentary photography.
In documentary photography, I work with people, spaces, and movement. I am present in what happens — in what is real.
Each image is an encounter, a silent dialogue between the observer and the observed.
Through the lens, I seek to understand, listen, and reveal stories that often go unnoticed.
Brief

I was born in Curia and live in Anadia — among the greenery, the silence, and the stories that everyday life tells to those who know how to look.
For over 45 years, I have designed for people: ceramics, products, stands, spaces. I have worked with brands and teams from several countries — from the Iberian Peninsula to Germany, France, Poland, and Italy.
Today, I continue to conceive and design — but with light.
Photography has become my dialogue with the world and with those who inhabit it.
I haven't retired — I reinvented myself.

I enjoy capturing people — their energy, gestures, and pauses.
I look for the stories hidden in spaces, faces, and silences.

I enjoy watching motorsports, cycling, and alpine skiing.
I used to like football more, but I remain loyal to FCP.
I enjoy blues, soul, and smooth jazz.
But also Pink Floyd, Moody Blues, and Quatro e Meia (even if I get up at six).
I like people with stories.
I don’t like television.
I prefer radio, podcasts, and good conversations.
I like to start each day as if it were the first — and to look at the world as if it were new.
